VILLAGE OF CHURCHVILLE

LEGAL NOTICE

At a meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Churchville held at 23 E. Buffalo St., Churchville NY on the 9th day of January 2012, the meeting was called to order by Mayor Nancy L. Steedman and the roll being called the following were:

Present: Nancy L. Steedman, Mayor

Donald G. Suter, Deputy Mayor

Scott A. Cullen, Trustee

John Hartman, Trustee

Diane F. Pusateri, Trustee

The following resolution was offered by Trustee Diane Pusateri, seconded by Deputy Mayor Donald Suter who moved its adoption.

WHEREAS, the Village of Churchville previously established a capital reserve fund on May 1, 1985, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-C of the General Municipal Law for the purpose of purchasing Data Process Equipment & Software and providing that such funds shall be used for such purposes in the future and at such time as the Village Board shall deem to be in the best interest of the Village; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Churchville deems it necessary to expend the sum NOT TO EXCEED $3,923.43 from the capital reserve for the purpose adding 7 monitors at each workstation in the Village Hall Board Room.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to remove from the capital reserve established on May 1, 1985, the sum NOT TO EXCEED $3,923.43 for the purpose stated above.

This resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum.

The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to a vote on roll call, which resulted as follows:

The resolution was thereupon declared duly adopted.

The following resolution was offered by Trustee John Hartman, seconded by Trustee Scott Cullen who moved its adoption.

WHEREAS, the Village of Churchville previously established a capital reserve fund on May 1, 1985, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6-C of the General Municipal Law for the purpose of purchasing Data Process Equipment & Software and providing that such funds shall be used for such purposes in the future and at such time as the Village Board shall deem to be in the best interest of the Village; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Churchville deems it necessary to expend the sum NOT TO EXCEED $1806.66 from the capital reserve for the purpose of adding 1 additional input for laptop computers on the Village Board Room table.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to remove from the capital reserve established on May 1, 1985, the sum NOT TO EXCEED $1,806.66 for the purpose stated above.

This resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum.

The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to a vote on roll call, which resulted as follows:

WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Churchville deems it necessary to expend the sum NOT TO EXCEED $1074.42 from the capital reserve for the purpose of adding a monitor in the lobby of the Village Hall for digital signage purposes.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to remove from the capital reserve established on May 1, 1985, the sum NOT TO EXCEED $1,074.42 for the purpose stated above.

This resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum.

The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly put to a vote on roll call, which resulted as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

That the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to remove from the capital reserve established on May 1, 1985, the sum NOT TO EXCEED $1,430.66 for the purpose stated above.

This resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum.

That the Village Clerk be and she hereby is directed to remove from the capital reserve established on May 1, 1985, the sum NOT TO EXCEED $988.20 for the purpose stated above.

This resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum.
