LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

The Village of Churchville Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.   The hearing shall be at the Village Hall, 23 East Buffalo St., Churchville, NY.  The hearing is for the purpose of allowing the village residents to provide the Board of Trustees with written or oral comments or ask questions on the tentative 2012-2013 Budgets of the Village Funds.

 

A revised copy of the “Tentative 2012-2013 Budgets” is on file and available for public inspection during regular office hours in the office of the Village Clerk.  Compensation proposed to be paid to each trustee of the Village Board is $5,325 for the year of service, Deputy Mayor is $6,120 and $10,710 for the mayor.

 

Any persons with special needs who wish to attend the meeting are asked to notify the village clerk one week in advance so that special accommodations can be made.
